“I would definitely recommend My Car Credit to friends and family. MCC were extremely helpful throughout the process and found me the best rate for my car finance. Connor in particular gave my wife and I so much assurance throughout the process. Connor was attentive, and very thorough in answering our questions. We felt as though Connor was looking after us extremely well throughout the process and it didn't feel as though we were just another customer. For that, we are extremely grateful.”

“Good apr, quick to deal with, customer service somewhat helpful. I was made to wait 5+ hours in dealership after travelling a long to pick up vehicle after being ensured that funds would be transferred previous working day to then find out that they couldn't do anything to make progress quicker as having a poor finance process in place.”

“Firstly, I would like to make clear that the staff I have dealt with have been helpful and professional. My dissatisfaction is not with the individuals involved, but with the systems and lack of coordination between your organisation, and Tesla. I have been placed in a frustrating position where Tesla has advised that my finance agreement had not been completed, while I was told that it had been completed. Both parties then directed me to contact either the finance company or Tesla, which effectively made me the intermediary in resolving an issue that should have been managed between the relevant parties directly. Yesterday evening, I then received a message stating that I was required to complete a full identity check, which has now resulted in the collection of my vehicle being delayed. I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled, as the lack of joined-up communication has caused unnecessary inconvenience, confusion, and delay at what should be an exciting and straightforward stage of the process.”

They were very attentive, explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel pressured or overwhelmed with calls or messages.
