“There were a number of problems where emails and documents weren't sent to myself or the dealership. What should have taken 1-2 days took 5 days to complete. I had to chase a couple times for updates to find out that documents weren't sent over. I also had to re-sign documents as the paperwork was missing VAT. Overall, the service was pretty poor and communication wasn't ideal”

“Not enough communication after the finance had been sorted very professional at the start but would’ve liked to be kept updated more .. but all sorted after 3 days I picked my new car up … so happy enough”

“Absolutly Fantastic. I have struggled to get finance even with most poor credit searches and mycarcredit was by far the best and most helpful. I would highly recommend.
