“My car broke down a few days ago and getting to work became expensive and exhausting as I had to hail taxis or hike a ride. Cargiant declined my application and it felt like all trees were slippery and was giving up on getting myself a reliable car. I almost bought another cheap car until I downloaded clear score and My carcredit came at the top as the most reliable financier. I casually applied and the rest is history. I’m now a proud owner of a Toyota Yaris hybrid hatchback (2021). My car credit trusted me and came through for me while I needed that most. Now my work has gotten easier again. Kudos to Josh, Jak and the entire team. I’m definitely referring my friends. Blessings.”

“Not good communication at all, everyone’s giving different information contradicting each other. Not very good at customer service. Didn’t appreciate being told to call the broker myself as that’s your job not mine. Then being told not to call them by someone else. Being told I can deliver the car to my work address then being told different by someone else. Created lots of stress for me and I don’t appreciate it. Would not recommend to friends and family”

“I’m really disappointed with My Credit Finance. I took out finance on Thursday, expecting to collect my new car on Friday or Saturday. Unfortunately, the dealership still hadn’t received the funds from the finance company, which caused an unexpected delay. Because of this, I now have to take time off work just to go and pick up the car, which is very inconvenient. The whole process has been frustrating and not as smooth as I was led to expect. I would have appreciated better communication and a faster transfer of funds.”

“When my car broke down I found myself in a difficult situation as the train to work was unreliable. As a shift worker I have to work unsociable hours which means I need a car to make a living. My credit isn’t the best and I felt like my back was against the wall. Connor could not have been more helpful and accommodating of my situation. Especially as I didn’t have all of the required documents straight away. The whole team were fantastic and I was approved for credit on a Dacia Duster with good mileage and only a few years old. I can now carry on with my job and provide for my family. Thank you.”
