“My car broke down a few days ago and getting to work became expensive and exhausting as I had to hail taxis or hike a ride. Cargiant declined my application and it felt like all trees were slippery and was giving up on getting myself a reliable car. I almost bought another cheap car until I downloaded clear score and My carcredit came at the top as the most reliable financier. I casually applied and the rest is history. I’m now a proud owner of a Toyota Yaris hybrid hatchback (2021). My car credit trusted me and came through for me while I needed that most. Now my work has gotten easier again. Kudos to Josh, Jak and the entire team. I’m definitely referring my friends. Blessings.”

“Totally awful service and I would avoid at all costs. Changed product offering without prior notice. Failed to send over paperwork properly. Failed to return call when agreed - and once I did speak to my account manager - he informed me he had been too busy. When account manger me I was in a meeting and called back ten minutes later and colleague failed to pass message onto my account manager which almost delayed car collection day and time. When I did speak to my account manager at 5.05pm he told me that I should be grateful he was staying behind to get the paperwork through ! Following morning (collection day) informed paperwork still wasn’t approved. Had it not been for my insistence on collecting car on the day agreed - would have had to waste a days annual leave and collect the car on Saturday Overall, service has been poor”

Dear Andrew, Thank you again for your feedback and patience while we investigated your application. From reviewing the timeline, your delivery date was brought forward on the 4th, which unfortunately left only a very short window for us to move the application from acceptance through to payout, and at that stage we were still awaiting some key documents. We also recognise that we could have communicated more clearly about the timeframes involved and how several steps need to fall into place to meet a same-day turnaround. We are actively reviewing our processes and have relayed this back to our team to ensure we retain our usually high communication standards. Our advisor stayed behind after hours to help progress the application, and we’re pleased that the funds were successfully paid out to the dealership the same day so you could collect your vehicle. We have reviewed all communications and we are unable to find any instances of comments being made to you by the advisor about staying behind after hours. “Amazing, with my credit rating not the best I didn't think I'd be able to get finance but I did. My advisor Molly was brilliant couldn't fault her she's a credit to her company she kept me informed all the way. Even when i was talking to the dealership she was keeping in touch making sure everything was OK. Due to work commitments I'm not able to pick the car up until 27th February but I can't wait. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is after car finance A++++++++”

“I cannot thank Evolution Funding Ltd and especially Chris Rydiard enough for the incredible support provided during a very complex vehicle dispute. After being sold a faulty vehicle by a dealership and experiencing significant administrative delays that put my credit file at risk, Chris stepped in as a true advocate. While the dealership failed to meet statutory deadlines and neglected basic paperwork, Chris was proactive, transparent, and relentless in pushing the finance company to resolve the matter. His expertise in navigating the Consumer Rights Act and his ability to communicate effectively with the lenders meant that a situation that felt hopeless was eventually resolved in my favor. Thanks to his hard work, my previous finance was cleared, and I was able to secure a new agreement despite the hurdles the dealership placed in my way. If you want a broker who does more than just "sell" a deal—someone who actually has your back when things go wrong—I cannot recommend Chris highly enough. Professional, empathetic, and highly effective.”
