“Had to chase for updates, took two days to ask for the right documents. Ended up going through on a Friday, when everything was ready on Thursday, which means had to wait over the weekend for the car and the APR was considerably higher then advertised.”

Sometimes, lenders may require additional proofs from the customer to help support their application. Unfortunately, this can slow things down, and we do not process funds over the weekend. “Josh and Chris are true assets to the company!! I've seen already many reviews talking well about Josh and it doesn't surprise me in any way. I was in a bad spot and was having difficulty finding a finance, not by my fault. Josh went above and beyond to get me the car of my dreams! He didn't stop searching and trying until he actually found a solution for me. He was so so professional and nice! Through out the whole process Josh was there, giving me updates every single day. It's customer advisors like Josh that give a company it's good name and make customers come back. I wouldn't have anyone else take care of my case besides Josh. Top tier advisor let me tell you. I also spoke with Chris, from the financing team if I'm not wrong. He called me to confirm some details before going forward with the financing. Chris was also very professional and super nice, allowing me to feel comfortable during the talk. Congrats on MyCarCredit for having these two excelente advisors. Very polite, educated, easy to talk too and very knowledgeable.”
