“compering to Oakbrook loan it took 5 days longer to process the application and I have received to many calls and emails through out the process and too many companies involved in the process as well not sure about my data safety protection”

“Can't fault the guys here ,had an issue with a seller selling a misdescribed vehicle, said they would sort getting the funds back ,all while sorting my finance out for another vehicle, top service ,helpful beyond belief, I dont usually do reviews, but ill make the effort for these ,especially after all they have done for me”

“Ultimately they got me finance however, I was given wrong information multiple times and didn’t realise 2 hard searches had happened until I found a better deal elsewhere but got declined for having too many checks. Really wouldn’t recommend as it was a below standard I’d expect.”

Regarding the change in APR, we can confirm that the advisor you spoke with during your welcome call did explain that certain vehicle criteria can affect the final rate offered by the lender. These requirements are set by our funding partners, and in this case, they applied a higher rate due to the nature of the vehicle you were looking to finance. We also want to address your concerns around credit checks. While we aim to be as transparent as possible, the type of credit search (soft or hard) ultimately depends on the lender we’re submitting the application to. Dear Glen, Thank you for your feedback - we're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t go as smoothly as it initially seemed, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. While your application was processed quickly - with payout completed the day after your initial approval - we understand how it might not have felt that way from your perspective, especially with the extra steps needed around proof of address. There was a bit of back and forth due to the original invoice showing an outdated address, and while we did try to accept an alternative document to keep things moving, it unfortunately didn’t meet the lender’s requirements. That led to us needing a new document, which added some time. Once the payout was processed, it was done after 5pm, which meant the dealership would typically receive funds the next working morning - usually before lunchtime. While this part of the process is out of our hands once funds are released, we appreciate that it added some frustration to your experience.
