“After the first dealer not meeting standards for the car finance. I was so stressed as had paid a £200 deposit. I thought I had lost it and was gutted. Sophie was brilliant from start to finish and reassured me it was my legal right to get it back. Thankfully it worked. I then had to find another car in a short space of time and she helped me with endless enquiries and helped me find a dealer that would pass the standards check. (My car credit ensure that customer service and FCA is all correct with dealers) After trying to get my refund from original dealer I can see why you don't work with them as the man made me cry! Anyways I found a fab car at a lovely dealers and am happy to say all has worked out well. I found a great car still in budget. Thank you Sophie you are an asset to your employer!”

“Having used this company twice before we are totally shocked at the apauling way we have been treat this time. We gave the handler personal information that should have flagged up concerns and a better duty of care. But instead he and his fellow work companions chose to ignore this. I have taken this matter to another level as a complaint. The handlers caused unnecessary, anxiety and stress and the information requested left us feeling vulnerable and as though we have been scammed.”

“Quick and easy. Help me most of the way .Only thing I was VERY disappointed with was when credit has been sold and you have been excepted. Don't here from anyone I had to call .too see how things where going...... ALSO BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET FINANCE WITH DEALER I AM NOW FACED WITH A £299 .FEE FROM DEALERS WHEN I PICK UP CAR .NO ONE TELLS YOU ABOUT THIS .. CALLED FINANCE COMPANY. WAS NOT INTERESTED. I GOT TO PAY 299 NOT POUNDS. NOT HAPPY”

“I have used this company twice in the past, this time was a nightmare for some reason. We will not use them again. Unnecessary problems were created, the application felt more like I was being scammed and 10 days of harassment daily for information that was not warranted. I made a complaint to the Ombudsman.”
