“Staff all very friendly however wasn’t kept up to date with application and had to keep ringing myself for updates. Not sure if this was due to it being a weekend. Otherwise was still a relatively fast process, took 3 days from application to the dealer receiving the money.”

“Didn’t go well at all. Informed me that funds would be transferred on the day as long as application was sent by midday. Application was sent in the morning but it wasn’t processed until 4pm. This meant funds were not received on the day. Being bank holiday this meant funds would not be received until Tuesday which meant I could not collect vehicle purchased until Tuesday! I had to hire a car which was a considerable expense and inconvenience.”

Hello, Firstly, thank you for your patience while we investigated your review. We're really sorry to hear about your recent experience. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to face a delay in collecting your new vehicle—especially heading into a bank holiday weekend. While we do aim to process payouts as promptly as possible, your application was unfortunately finalised later in the afternoon, and as our treasury team doesn’t operate over weekends or bank holidays, this meant the funds couldn’t clear in time for a same-day release. We did reach out to the dealership to request the vehicle be released based on payout confirmation, but ultimately it’s at their discretion to wait until funds are physically received. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we apologise again for any inconvenience this may have caused.
