This whole process was made quick and easy and the service I received was excellent. Super friendly staff helped make sure everything was in place and I cannot wait to pick up my new car. I would 100% use these guys again in the future!!

Always difficult to put yourself in the persons shoes that’s supposed to be managing and monitoring your account- ultimately for me anyway it’s important to be the recipient of an enthusiastic and helpful demeanour and sometimes I appreciate that it’s difficult to create that attitude when there is a million and one other things going on in your life…Also in my view, it’s always important to be forthright.Overall it’s was a reasonable experience.

Well if the start is anything to go by I'd not recommend using these lot. Been told I was accepted for finance so applied, I've since been spammed with multiple emails telling me to continue my application. I've responded several times over the course of today and yesterday regarding a car I have found and queried whether MCC will provide the finance for it. So far I've had zero response and a further spam email telling me to continue the application! This is ridiculous.

I have been extremely unimpressed by the dysfunction of the application process over the past week and will be seeking compensation for the time and money it has cost me. Not only was I told on numerous occasions that the finances would be sent to the dealer in time prior to my collection of the vehicle on Friday, September 8 2023, but I was also told the morning of. This date of collection had been known of at the start of the application process on Tuesday. In preparation, my partner and I had already pre-bought train tickets so that I could collect the car on this day over 200 miles from my home. Then on the morning of the collection date, I was told that the funds "might" be in the account by the time I reached the dealer, only to be told by the dealer that the funds had not been transferred when I arrived in Newcastle. Now without a car, me and my partner have had to spend more money on additional train tickets back home during rush hour. The dealer himself has also assured me that he has also experienced the same dysfunction from your sales team and finance department this week and has encouraged me to seek compensation.

There were some issues with the lender's e-Sign which did unfortunately lead to a delay in payout. We do advise customers that arrangements for collection of the vehicle should only be made following confirmation of payout, as there may be instances where transfer of funds to the dealer is delayed. I applied for the money on money on Thursday and had the money sent over to the dealer on Friday afternoon, no messing about. Very polite, professional and very well organised. Would recommend 100% and would definitely use them again

Absolutely first class service , knowledge and execution of car loan. I would thoroughly recommend. The whole process was smooth , professional and quick. I applied on the Friday , found my car in Monday , and drove away from the dealership on Thursday. I’ve never had car finance before and was nervous. I needn’t have worried. The customer service was astonishingly good. There was no hard sell, nothing was too much trouble and the agents I dealt with were reliable and helpful , without hesitation on my many , many calls !! They are brilliant. Even the dealership commented on how sleek the whole process was!

Oliver Rivell, was my case handler- I found him to be enthusiastic, professional, positive and pro-active and an excellent communicator, he kept me in the loop and got me through finance due to the urgency of my situation as I needed a good car. Got a decision the next day, whilst I was at the dealership, and loved the fact/appreciated it that Oliver maintained good communication and was sensitive to my situation. The best call handler/advisor I've ever had. I hope he gets promoted, and is a genuinely great person, a consumate professional.
