“Kept having to request updates. Not clear info. Slow to release funds. Some staff said they would contact me and never, I had yo contact them. Not a good experience sadly.”

“Poor communication not keeping the customer up to date also on the final piece of paperwork the incorrect VIN number was put to the finance company which delayed it even more. Stressful!!”

“They have misleading information and made false promises about timelines. They then didn't take ownership to reduce the impacts of that. At various points they claimed the dealer had been paid when they hadn't. Initially they said that everything should be sorted within a day, then it was to be 24 hours, then it was to be up to another 24 hours and then another day too. I had emails texts and calls that all conflicted.”

“Overall, I am happy with the outcome, it took a while with a lot of phone calls from myself to get updated information, and speaking with a lot of individuals rather than my case handler. The dealership I purchased the vehicle from was very difficult to contact and sent the wrong address on the invoice a couple of times, holding up the process for 3 days, but very polite and friendly people to deal with.”
