Overall, I am happy with the outcome, it took a while with a lot of phone calls from myself to get updated information, and speaking with a lot of individuals rather than my case handler. The dealership I purchased the vehicle from was very difficult to contact and sent the wrong address on the invoice a couple of times, holding up the process for 3 days, but very polite and friendly people to deal with.
