“The process of getting my finance was very straight forward, the man I dealt with was excellent and I was really happy. I was informed my finance had been released to the dealer and would be there by the end of the day. I waited at the dealership for 3 hours, no money arrived. The following morning I arranged a second collection of my vehicle, and the money was still not in their account. I have been informed this is because they’ve sent the money via BACS which takes longer to process and was unnecessary. So I am still waiting around for my vehicle. Extremely poor service.”

“Great service especially by Brianna. She kept me informed throughout the entire process even though the dealership was not on top of their game. From the initial application right through she was on the ball but what was truly impressive was calling the office when she was not available. Another staff member would pick up the ball as if they had been dealing with me all along. Great job. Very impressed.”

“The service from the team was good. Helpful and fast. Though bare in mind that they are brokers. However their AA approved garage that supplied the vehicle was utterly atrocious, so much so that after a week the vehicle has been rejected after major faults that were hidden have come to light. Now waiting for the finance agreement to be unwound and to start all over again The funders they have placed us with have been superb throughout this process and I will definitely use them again.”
