“An absolute delight to deal with. So easy to apply, a friendly and knowledgeable agent talked me through the whole process, next steps and also checked in after all had gone through and I had collected my car. Everything was done digitally, so there were no mountains of waster paper and unpredictable royal mail to dictate how fast/slow the process would take. Digital first, so much more reliable!! I couldn't be more please with the service - Thank you and a big shout out to Connor, whom I dealt with for this process.”

“Fantastic customer service from the whole team, especially Connor. Lender threw up all sorts of extra red tape which neither myself nor My Car Credit were expecting so they were super helpful with getting this sorted, working to help me get it resolved around my difficult working hours. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Connor Dimitrasch, literally not enough words to describe how good he is not only at his job but also a human being, top, top bloke we had a rough journey with dealers etc but he would keep me updated everyday. 5* service from Connor throughout the whole process and just a really nice chap I would 100% be recommend him to anyone. “Sales and commission driven individuals who don't listen to the customer. Bad experience as they released funds to Dealership without authorisation. On numerous emails and telephone conversation it was specified not to release funds until I am back into the country. Also no central point of contract as various advisors. Not recommended”
