“We use these at a indoor bowls club (mostly elderly people) and they have been a great success in helping keep them in the right teams! However, one small problem is the pins keep coming off the backs and getting lost. Extra supplies of the pins would be helpful.”

“Product and packaging were fine, delivery to the shop collection point as promised, but why no addressee NAME on the package, only the address. Made proving my identity much more of a palaver.”

Hello Kath, Thank you for your comments. Having looked looked into, I can find that your name was present on the DPD courier label/package, it can be seen directly under your postcode in a box that states: 'Contact Name' 'Phone No' I can only assume that this information was over looked by the person dealing with you at the DPD collection point and do apologies for this. Hello John, Thank you for your comments, our delivery promise is based on orders being placed and paid for by 2pm, this information is shown within several areas of our website, the most prominent being on every product page. You order was placed at 14.48 on Thursday 19th so would then fall into Friday for despatch/processing by ourselves, with delivery to you on Monday 23rd which is a next working day delivery as per your order.
