“I've bought from My-accessories before and the service including delivery was excellent. Within a very short time my order was made up and dispatched to Dpd. There is the problem. When I tracked my order it was in our local depot, and there it was all day. I paid for next day delivery, and had to ring up Myaccessories to find out where the parcel was, it was delivered later that evening after wasting a whole day sitting in waiting for my parcel. As you know we pensioners have nothing to do but sit in and wait.”

I can understand your frustration with DPD regarding the delivery on this particular occasion which is unusual for this courier as they pride themselves on their hours delivery slots and regular updates, when customers provide a mobile telephone number, to ensure a smooth delivery. I'm pleased the depot ensured that the parcel was delivered later that evening which avoided another day of waiting for them to arrive however appreciate that this is little consollation for the wasted day you had.
