“I like the products”

“I am returning my keyrings as none of the plastic inserts fit or if forced in they can never be removed to change, add or take out a picture. Maybe I've been unlucky - the jury's still out!”

Our metal key rings do require a little force to insert the plastic window, once inserted they are not meant to be taken out and are to be considered as a permanent fit. If you have not already returned please feel free to call our office and we will guide you through a simple way to insert the windows. “Good service. Delivery cost a bit high. Products good but plastic scratches too easily and the coasters still have burr on them which I have to smooth off individually. If this could be fixed I would change my review to excellent.”

“We use these at a indoor bowls club (mostly elderly people) and they have been a great success in helping keep them in the right teams! However, one small problem is the pins keep coming off the backs and getting lost. Extra supplies of the pins would be helpful.”
