“Plenty of updates on the order, and quick delivery time. I had my delivery address changed at short notice, and the order went to my local Halfords store as arranged. Top service all round.”

“Payed for 24 hour delivery. Delivery took 4 days! Asked for a refund for the delivery cost - member of staff I spoke to was rude and couldn't seem to see what was wrong.”

Hello Linos, You order was placed at 1.17pm on the 14th December and you chosen payment method was by bank transfer. We despatch orders on confirmed receipt of payment, your bank transfer payment was received after our despatch cut-off time. You order should have been delivered therefore on the 16th and was delivered on the 17th for which I apologies. In no way did I feel I was rude in anyway to you when you called to enquire, I fully explained our delivery timescales and apologies that your bank payment had not been picked up due to volume of sales we encounter at this time of year. “I bought the clear key rings and fridge magnet, both in the 50x35mm size. This is perfect for passport size photos. Product seems to be of good quality so far, however I will add that once the photo is in place and key ring is put together you can not take the photo out or amend it in any way, so it's perfect for business use, however I prefer being able to change the photos in my key rings, which you can't do with these magnets or key rings. Otherwise they're very good. Worth spending extra for delivery.”

“Product is exactly what it saint.was. Good quality, very happy However, I object to the prices of p&p when ordering through the website especially when I found the same product, for the same price, with the company logo being used, on eBay, offering free postage!”

“I would highly recommend My Accessories to anyone. It was easy to order and pay for products, and the delivery was very speedy, only waited one day and my calendars were here. The calendars are very good quality and value for money. I ordered 70 for service users at work as christmas gifts, when i checked they were all there, i was 1 short. I emailed My Accessories and without question it arrived 2 days later. Thank you so much :)”
