“I have mostly been buying small fridge magnet blanks. Last year there was an issue with the inserts on the last order which hadn't been finished off properly and had a small blob on one of the short sides which had to be filed off to get them to fit, which I did. John”

“The product is excellent and a good price - well packaged and arrived quickly, although I don't feel it necessary to have to pay for express courier postage as this was very unnnecessary and an additional expense.”

“Great product. A minor issue with my last delivery of coasters: A couple of the pull tags on the adhesive backing tear off sheets left adhesive on the glass when lifted. The adhesive needed to be scraped off and the residue then removed with solvent.”

Hello Dennis, Many thanks for your reply however sorry to hear via your review that in your last order some of the coasters adhesive backing had leaked onto the glass. “Speedy delivery and quality of goods were excellent. My only complaint is that there was one hour hand missing. It had been ticked as there on the enclosed check list but there were only 4 hour hands instead of 5 in the plastic bag. I have emailed you and hope you will send me the missing item.”

We currently offer 1st Class Royal Mail (if the parcel is light enough) and a tracked courier option for those customers who want to speed up the delivery of their order however appreciate that not all customers need their items within a quicker timescale so maybe something that we can look at adding. “Very quick delivery. The keyrings however were just loose in a bag and this meant quite a few of them have got scratches on. I will not be able to use them to put in my cross stitch kits so i am a little disappointed .”

Some of our products come bulk packed and some come packed back to back so a little less prone to marking as they are not made out of a scratch-resistant material. “Item arrived promptly and in good condition. Would be useful to have a little padding in box though,, as I box was larger than item. This time no damage but I always order more than I require as the coaster blanks have incurred damage in the past. Great quality item though.”
