“I am returning my keyrings as none of the plastic inserts fit or if forced in they can never be removed to change, add or take out a picture. Maybe I've been unlucky - the jury's still out!”

Our metal key rings do require a little force to insert the plastic window, once inserted they are not meant to be taken out and are to be considered as a permanent fit. If you have not already returned please feel free to call our office and we will guide you through a simple way to insert the windows.
