“I've ordered keychains for my small business from many other manufacturers and no one has come close to the quality that My-Accessories has. The care that they took in preventing scratches on the acrylic was such a relief after the experiences I've had with most other companies. The only downside was I got charged with an additional (and pricey) tariff through UPS after checkout. This is simply because I am US based and it was certainly not the company's fault. So, if you are located in the US it's better to buy your products in high quantities to make it as economical as possible. Overall, even with the additional expense of being international, the quality of the product made it worth it and I will definitely be back to purchase many more.”

“Found this company whilst looking for fridge magnet blanks. Easy to order, prompt delivery and I am over the moon with the quality of the product. The magnet inserts fit snuggly, and sit flush to the frame, giving them a quality feel I have not found from general online suppliers. Would 100% recommend this company.”

“I have dealt with My accessories for several years now. They always send goods promptly and well packaged. Quality has never been an issue. A very straight forward company to deal with. The only niggle I have is that in the last couple of years they have started inserting a slip of paper between every item. This is annoying to have to remove and get rid of and presumably is something that however slightly pushes up the cost. Seems unnecessary to be honest. I would recommend this company without hesitation.”

Good morning Andrew Many thanks for your continued custom with us and for your feedback. We offer some of our products individually bagged as some customers like the added protection and can re-use the bag once the item is personalised. For our larger volume users, this is not always required and can be time consuming so by adding the paper between each item, gives that added protection which is quickly removed. The paper can then be recycled easily.

“I’ve made 2 orders with my accessories and only had a problem with one. One batch of keyrings I ordered arrived all scratched and I emailed explaining this and sent over photos and the lovely person who was helping me apologised and sent me out some different ones to replace my scratched ones. Would definitely recommend my accessories to anyone!”

“Ordered some keyrings which are deep enough to put cross stitch pieces in. They came quickly and are just what I needed. I would have preferred to order a lesser number. I ordered as soon as I saw them and the email achnowledgement was closely followed by an offer of 10% off my first order . I enquired about a refund of this amount and this came very quickly. Highly recommend.”
