“We recently used Joan again for our second mortgage, after she was brilliant helping us with our first, and somehow she exceeded our expectations all over again. From start to finish, Joan was exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us secure the right mortgage. She guided us through every step of the process with patience and clarity, always making time to answer questions and explain things properly. What really stood out was how hard she worked behind the scenes to get our mortgage through smoothly, even when things became stressful. “As first-time buyers, the whole mortgage process felt quite overwhelming at the start, but Joanne Kay made everything so much easier from beginning to end. She has been absolutely amazing throughout, always professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly supportive. Joanne explained every step clearly, kept us updated throughout the process and was always available to answer our questions no matter how small. She worked incredibly hard to secure us the best mortgage deal and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. “Adviser is friendly, Open and honest, Detailed and explained all the ins and outs of the choices. The only thing thing that could've been done better is if he went directly to the other contacts like Estate Agent instead of going through me but other than that he's been great.”
