After speaking with your mortgage adviser, we understand that both she and the mortgage lender were not made aware of the new credit agreements you had taken out after the initial mortgage rate was secured which resulted in the decline of your mortgage offer. This was something out of Sams control, it is the lenders final decision based on the information that came to light after the original mortgage offer. We understand that listening is crucial in understanding our clients needs, and I appreciate your feedback on this aspect.
