“As a first-time buyer, I knew very little about the mortgage process or how to navigate everything involved in buying a property. James Kurian made the entire experience so much less stressful and guided me through every step from start to finish. He was always responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful, and I genuinely felt he went above and beyond to make sure I got the best outcome possible.
