“Adviser is friendly, Open and honest, Detailed and explained all the ins and outs of the choices. The only thing thing that could've been done better is if he went directly to the other contacts like Estate Agent instead of going through me but other than that he's been great.”

“Overall, we are happy with the support provided by Sara. We always got prompt responses and seemed to get a good mortgage deal, below our budget, despite the rising interest rates. We are first time buyers and negotiated a price drop on our property, unbeknown to us, this ultimately meant that we had to pay more out due to the difference in property to value monies, when we questioned this with the solicitors, we were told that Sara should of informed us of this potentially happening (although we weren’t sure if this was true or not). Finally- I would suggest that ONP solicitors is not recommended because we did not have a good experience with these solicitors on the back of Sara’s recommendation. (We appreciate we had freedom of choice although as Sara was so good, we assumed they would be the same). Luckily we got in our property before Xmas which made the experience worth it and Sara had a lot to do with the process being rushed through therefore we are very thankful!”
