“Ron was an absolute gem. We came to him from a bad experience with Lloyds trying to remortgage and borrow past retirement age for additional borrowing to build an extension. He bet quickly found us several options, and the speed at which everything moved was superb, and we've avoided paying a month's mortgage on SVR which had felt inevitable at the time.
