“I would like to commend Tony for all of his efforts dealing with my pension transfer and award Tony the Five stars. It did take rather a long time to organise and push through, Tony did a sterling job holding up his end but I do feel that the companies involved did let both Tony and myself down, for their efforts I would only award them a begrudging 2 stars and that's generous as far as I am concerned”
