“Ian was very friendly and helpful throughout the application and purchasing process, which took a lot longer than either of us expected due to the lockdown. Ian was always available for advice throughout the lockdown period even though it was difficult to get anything done, and there were no additional charges despite all the additional time and work put in.”

“I cannot praise Alistair highly enough for his first-rate service. Mine was not a straightforward case but he provided a range of options and excellent advice which showed an in-depth knowledge of the business. He was very professional in his dealings with me and together with his assistant, Emma, they made the whole mortgage application process as smooth as it can be whilst dealing with a relatively complex matter. Even when my first intended purchase fell through due to an issue with property searches. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nigel to friends and I will certainly be calling on his assistance again when the time comes to re-mortgage.”

“Sam is an extremely helpful, efficient and professional adviser. I am a returning client of Sam's and will continue to use her expertise in the future. Sam always calls when she says she will call, always sends documents when she says she will send documents and conducts her business with a very friendly warm approach.
