“Dan guided my partner and I through the minefield of choosing a mortgage for first time buyers. He was prompt with his requests for information (bank statements, wage slips, etc) and kept us well informed on the progress of our application. His help and assistance was invaluable especially when we had to change our application to another provider during the process. Can't recommend highly enough!!”

“Joanne explained everything in a clear way . she dealt with my frustration of previous mortgage offer red tape and hold ups from other brokers, and lenders who took my money and gave nothing . “Mr Karl Lawton was very supportive and kind. He would help me with all the teansactions, setting agreements, signing papers and anything that i wasn't sure of. As a first time buyer i had a lot of questions and uncertainity . But mr Lawton was there!! I would surely recommend him and ghl to my friends. If you are a first time buyer and just like me your bank doesn't help you, don't give up. You are in a right place with ghl.”
