“I was unhappy with my current Mortgage and needed advice on alternatives. Sam firstly and thoroughly went through which mortgage was best suited to me, the options available to me and offered me clear and concise advice about the step by step process of re-mortgaging. She was available at all hours to take any questions I had and regularly kept me up to date with the progress of the re-mortgage. Sam took care of all aspects of searching, applying for and completing all paperwork involved with the application. It was a thoroughly non-stressful and straightforward transition from one to mortgage to another. I would definitely recommend Sam to anyone who needed advice with regards to mortgages.”

“Rebecca was recommended to us from a different financial adviser who was struggling to help us, Rebecca met with us, listened to our circumstances and within a short period managed to get us a high street mortgage. We got an AIP then the full application was submitted. Unfortunately this went to the underwriters but Rebecca helped, supported and explained the additional evidence they required.”

“I had bad credit and didn’t think I’d get a mortgage by my self, or with an advisor too! Got me and my partner a mortgage even with my bad credit. We had to go down a few different routes to get there but she didn’t stop until it was sortes.”
