“After filling out the forms we are finally told as non-UK residents but still hold a British passport that we can be covered. Might be better if you put that at front and not the end.”

Hi John, Thanks for giving us your feedback. I have also sent you a personal email so we can understand this further, Residency criteria are determined by the insurers rather than ourselves and these can differ from one insurer to another. If a customer is in any doubt as to where they would be considered resident, we would always refer them to the insurer for confirmation as they are the ones who would be paying out in the event of a claim. “Hi, I've used this company every time where away and hire a car , however I'm fortunate enough to never having need their help/pay out but it's the piece of mind it gives you and in case of that odd occasion when I do need them. Either the yearly or single trip but if your going on more than one in the year it works out better to take the yearly option .”
