“One area for improvement is the provider redirection process. After selecting a shortlisted option, being redirected to the provider required me to restart the quote process from scratch. Whether this is due to a technical glitch or standard integration, a seamless transfer—where pre-filled details only need to be verified before completing the purchase—would significantly improve the user experience.”
