Hi there, We’re sorry you had issues with the insurer's website when you clicked through from MoneyMaxim. Another customer had brought this to our attention and we had already made the insurer aware when we took your call. This issue was resolved by the insurer within 2 hours of us reporting it. “I used MM to get quotes for van rental excess insurance and, although not the cheapest, I chose Questor Insurance becuase I had used them previously. Unfortunately the click-through web page did not function correctly as my full name was pre-populated in the box for 'surname' and I was unable to edit it and unable to complete the purchase while the 'first name' box was empty. There was no work-around so I simply bought the same policy directly with Questor but MoneyMaximiser will have lost out on the referal commission.”
