Another customer had brought this to our attention and we had already made the insurer aware when we took your call. This issue was resolved by the insurer within 2 hours of us reporting it. “I used MM to get quotes for van rental excess insurance and, although not the cheapest, I chose Questor Insurance becuase I had used them previously. Unfortunately the click-through web page did not function correctly as my full name was pre-populated in the box for 'surname' and I was unable to edit it and unable to complete the purchase while the 'first name' box was empty. There was no work-around so I simply bought the same policy directly with Questor but MoneyMaximiser will have lost out on the referal commission.”
