Hello, I have emailed you personally as well but we would just like to say thank you very much to alerting us to the fact that there was a price difference. Usually with the provider you chose, the discount our customers receive is automatically applied, however this is clearly not working at the moment. We are really very sorry that you did not get the same price on the insurers website as you did on our comparison service. We are talking to the insurer to get this fixed as soon as possible and will also be adding a note on our website to ensure customers can access the price we display. “Used MoneyMaximiser to do the initial comparison for Car Hire Excess Insurance. There was a slight difference in price when I clicked through to the provider, but that was just because their date/time selector was more detailed. Good platform.”
