Was misled in sizing on the shoes I purchased and had to send them back. It took 3 weeks to get a refund from Moda In Pele, even though I knew they had recieved my item I returned 3 weeks before because I had proof from my postage that they had been received and signed for by Math at Moda In Pelle. Getting your money refunded from this company feels to me like Mr Bates versus the Post Office, so beware!

Ordered a pair of cream boots really nice wore them once on Christmas Day inside only then noticed a brownish mark on both toes which look a mess emailed customer service which they took ages to come back and this is what they had to say: ‘We are sorry to hear this, Brooklea has a slight burnish on the toe , the cream polish will help to remove scuffs and scratches and give the boots a shine but not clean the boot. You can use saddle soap to clean the boot, rising ad drying then conditioning the leather with the final stage waterproofing and polishing.’ How disgusting is that a brand new pair of boots costing £125 which are definitely faulty and they want me to use creams and soaps on them. Not impressed and will definitely not buy from them again. Have emailed them again with my thoughts on there email let’s see how long it takes for them to come back this time. Not impressed.

Really poor customer service. So much so I will not be ordering again. The boots ordered for me for Christmas arrived faulty. I tried phoning customer service on morning of 21st December. Put in queue and received voice message 4 minute wait. Waited in queue 10 minutes and then received another voice message saying sorry we cannot take your call and I was cut off. I paid for that call to be in a queue for 10 minutes! I contacted Amersham branch as my nearest shop which is over an hour round trip! They were receiving lots of complaints from customers who could not sort out faults and issues as nobody answering the calls at customer service centre. One lady ordered green boots and was sent grey!! I had visitors coming and was very stressed having to go out. I might just as well gone to the shop in Amersham rather than order on line. I had to drive to the shop, pay for parking and sort the issue with my boots. They needed to be exchanged but that could not be done as separate system. I had to pay again for the non faulty boots and then wait until second week of January for my refund by which time I had to settle my credit card bill!! It took three hours out of my day, including trying to get through on phone to customer services and then phoning branches to see if they had stock. Your branches were open up to Christmas Eve and yet customer services call centre last day was 21st December!!! They were probably partying and ignoring the phones! There were a lot of upset customers receiving poor service from your call centre. Fortunately, the Manager in your Amersham was lovely and I know she escalated the issues to her Area Manager. Such poor on line customer service who didn’t care about their customers and at the most busiest time of year. Never again will I be using or recommending Mode In Pelle on line service!

Returned boots that were Xmas gift as wrong size had to reorder and pay that was on the 27th December have not yet got my boots after many phone calls, saying they have reordered, at the wear house, just getting fobbed off not happy

I can't comment on the shoes as the parcel never arrived. This was a Christmas present that I ordered so it was very disappointing that it got lost on its way.

The boots were of very low quality and after a few times of wearing them they were looking like I had them for years For £150 pair of boots I certainly will not buy again or recommend

Really BAD company to deal with. Shoes are cheaply made, uncomfortable and arrived stained, both shoes. The refund arrived three weeks later and they SHORT CHANGED ME!!!! by £5!!! i''m relly annoyed and feel like they are somewhat dishonest.

These boots came and were different sizes - they were returned for exchange but I’ve heard nothing since. I would prefer a refund asap.!! Very disappointing

Boots were lost by EVRI service took a week of back and forth to rectify and moda did send me a replacement pair in time for Christmas which is what I was panacking about as they were a present. However boots badly made. Back heel of boots folds in what trying to put them on and VERY SMALL NARROW SIZES. I have now returned these which cost me £12.50 to return and waiting for update in my refund even though they have been delivered back and signed for which I can see from my tracked/recorded delivery

Boots returned via Royal Mail but told they never received return, this is the only retailer I have had this problem with. I shan't be doing online shopping with Moda again.

Received my boots on 8th December, when they arrived the box was crushed and soaking wet, the boots were wet and stained. This was not due to the courier as the bag the box was wrapped in was dry. I sent the boots back to Moda in Pella. After several emails with no reply and having to trace my boots myself, I eventually had to call customer services who informed me that a refund had just been authorised even though I asked for a replacement. Now after 4 weeks, I have to start again. These were my Christmas present. I am not impressed at with the customer service. The boots should have been replaced immediately, I don’t expect to have to chase to get any help. I am unable to add a photo to this review as it won’t allow me.

Cheap material stiff zip for £90 boots!!! Still waiting for refund from before Christmas after having to pay to return Won’t be using your company again

Product 5*, customer service 1* Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Lack of description on website led me to buying a product that wasn't suitable. Returned them at MY cost then had to wait 10 working days for refund. I then bought the correct boots from Next and happy with the product

Very poor service, low quality. Between Moda in Pelle and Evri I am now out of 100£ because one the customer pays for the return and second they only are giving 14 days to do so ,and to add more to it either the Moda did not register as they received my return or Evri failed to deliver but in the end no one is responsible and I am the one paying. Do not order from them, you can find their product in big shops if like or just completely choose a more responsible company!!!!

Bought boots, boots were beautiful however didn’t fit when they arrived. Returned boots to store and 4 weeks later still no refund. Took numerous emails to customer services and going back into the store to sort out. Nightmare from start to finish.

Ordered a pair of boots. Boots lost by courier. Offered refund or replacement. Asked for replacement. Advised boot would be sent out immediately. They then refunded me as boots in my size no longer available.

I am not happy with customer service. I realised the instant I had purchased my shoes I had made an error with the sizing. There was no opportunity to cancel or revise my order because I ccould not contact customer service via email, telephone or chat before my order was despatched. Neither was it possible to cancel my Evri delivery. An unstoppable system once the order is sorapidly despatched. I don't think I received best discount. I thought delivery was free but it wasn't and of course I had to pay postage for return

Well don’t suppose this will win me any prizes but here goes. Ordered a cream cape with fur collar and trim. It wasn’t cream it was definitely beige. Didn’t realise until I came to press it for my son’s wedding that the hem was faulty. Bit disappointing to say the least. Needless to say I didn’t wear it.

The ordering process was easy. Excellent quality boots, however I ordered two sizes so returned one size to store. The return was easy and the girl in Manchester store was lovely. I was informed that I would receive my refund within 10 working days, I didn't. It was really difficult to contact via email I just got automated emails. I sent proof of return several times. I eventually got a refund after 4 weeks but found it a very stressful process and would not order again.
