After looking at various footwear options I decided to purchase this brand and have been very disappointed with my purchase. One zip tag came apart within two days of wearing the trainers & second tag a week later . The top of the left shoe was scuffed by the third day. I'm in a sedentary role so would expect shoes with a retail price of £120 + pre sale price (£56 as I paid for them is far too expensive for such poor quality) to look as new within weeks of purchase but I'm sad to write they looked years old. Ordered these trainers on 11th of June, delivery was 14th of June & pictures below were taken 25th June.

Unfortunately the shoes that were delivered were poor quality, possibly seconds and not what I expect from this company. Still awaiting replacements which will hopefully be better quality.

Bought these sandals, very expensive!. Strap came off whilst trying them on. Poor quality Wasting my time by having to return at £8.90 p&p

The sandals I received were damaged. I requested a replacement but had to chase repeatedly to find out what was going on. The replacement pair were delivered to the wrong address and then lost. Again I had to chase for information. Customer service was appalling and I’d never purchase from this company again. Such a shame as I really liked the sandals

Shoes arrived faulty and i got offered 20% discount on them. When promotion on the website was giving anybody 20% off. Customer service was useless and couldn't offer me even an exchange. Dissapointing first experience.

There was a fault with the purchase I made but customer service was not interested so won't be buying anymore shoes from this company.

For some unknown reason I was unable to place an order for 2 items,I hv ordered from u many times b4 without issue,I emailed yr customer service n by the time anyone actually responded in a way that helped me place the order the items were sold out.🤬I had to actually speak to someone to place another order as u couldn't sort problem out???? 😡

Ordered online. Paid. Told the trainers were out for delivery. They never arrived. Finally got costs refunded. Wouldn’t use MiP again as their courier choice is appalling.

I loved the shoes but they arrived with the cap of the heel broken. I returned them via the store in Amersham and wanted to repurchase another pair but the price increased to full price.

The boots I ordered had already been worn. Had scratch marks along the sides and the sole was falling off the heals. They still managed to miss quality control and be posted out to me. Very disappointed as I have had many great shoes from M in P. I drove from Derby to Downtown in Grantham to be told they couldn't process my refund! I left them anyway in the store with member of staff. A different person called me the next day and told me they had managed to process my refund. All very stressful for 1 pair of boots.

I ordered some boots, they weren't delivered, lost by the courier. Three weeks later I've had an email saying I'm getting a refund, followed by another email saying my order will shortly be delivered. All rather poor.

Charged an abhorrent fee for australian shipping 29AUD!!! Have been sent shoes that were dirty (the laces) had marks and the outer leather layer was already seperating. Requested a refund and was told I could choose between 7GPB ($13AUD) and I was advised to do some "provider shopping" to find the cheapest return fare - or 20% discount on the shoes. I took the 20% to be done with it. Absolute disgrace....

I bought a pair of shoes with gift voucher, thought. But in the end I paied with my card and not the gift card. I activated the card. The website showed it but .... I am realy disappointed, Nobody answer you phone, only email. That took 2weeks to sort out my problem. As my experience it is fraud if you can not call a company. I have 8 pairs of your shoes but I think no more.

I ordered a pair of ankle boots as a gift for my daughter. She’s worn them out three times, approximately two weeks apart, and one of the lace cleats has come off already!! VERY disappointing. I hadn’t kept the paperwork as she initially loved them, so I can’t return them. I’m going to see if the local shoe repair shop can fix them.
