“Ordered the Belgravia lounger set which arrived extremely well packaged. So well packaged that it is impossible to check for any damage without taking each piece out and assembling which we were unable to for a few days. Upon assembly found a glass tray for the table damaged so emailed to advise and request replacement. Received email “sorry for the damage but you did not report it in time” Oh well for the sake of small piece of glass no further orders as will buy from Companies who have a pride in final product and future sales.”

“Ordered a handbag and the colour in the photo was NOTHING like the bag that came. So disappointed, it went straight back and I do not have any confidence to order again due to such a poor experience.”

“The HOLLIE GREEN LEATHER CHUNKY TASSEL TRIM LOAFERS are too rigid in the sole to walk in / coupled with being very large in fit : so come off my heels,cannot walk in them / even a few steps. I have bought Moda in Pelle leather trainers in same size 6 previously, and walked out of the shop in them. I have bought heel-grips in my efforts to keep these lovely Loafers, but no good / the Loafers are rigid and incorrectly marked as 6. So sad, they look fabulous, and a fairish price @£89. I didn't buy them to sit down in ! Kate Hamilton.”

“I sent my item back to Moda in Pelle on 30th Jan requesting an exchange. I have received nothing back from them in almost a month… no communication, no confirmation that they’ve received my item (tracking shows it was delivered to them 3 weeks ago) - they have my money but I don’t have my new item. Poor customer services - I will be avoiding this company in the future.”

“I never actually received my parcel as the courier 'lost it' even though I was informed it was out for delivery. Unfortunately, there was not a pair in my size available which I am gutted about as I really love your shoes. The one star rating is no reflection on Moda in Pelle, but I didn't receive my order so have no choice but to score you low.”

“Trainers not delivered because lost by courier. Poor customer service information. Was sale product by the time customer service investigated and responded trainers no longer available. Customer service could have advised about stock numbers and I would ordered replacement whilst they were investigating”

“I did not think the exchange process was very poor. I returned a pair of boots that were really nice but there was a sharp object coming up through the sole of the boot so I was unable to wear them. I requested on the returns sheet I wanted to exchange although I didn’t receive a new pair. When I emailed I was just told I would get a refund.”

“Promised delivery hopeless, kept having to chase. Eventually took nearly 3 weeks! When shoes came they were damaged so had to return. Took email after email ( could ever get through on phone) to get refund and took a month. Very poor service I'm afraid .”
