Received my boots on 8th December, when they arrived the box was crushed and soaking wet, the boots were wet and stained. This was not due to the courier as the bag the box was wrapped in was dry. I sent the boots back to Moda in Pella. After several emails with no reply and having to trace my boots myself, I eventually had to call customer services who informed me that a refund had just been authorised even though I asked for a replacement. Now after 4 weeks, I have to start again. These were my Christmas present. I am not impressed at with the customer service. The boots should have been replaced immediately, I don’t expect to have to chase to get any help. I am unable to add a photo to this review as it won’t allow me.
