Excellent quality boots, however I ordered two sizes so returned one size to store.
The return was easy and the girl in Manchester store was lovely.
I was informed that I would receive my refund within 10 working days, I didn't.
It was really difficult to contact via email I just got automated emails.
I sent proof of return several times.
I eventually got a refund after 4 weeks but found it a very stressful process and would not order again.
