Lovely boots but absolutely appalling customer service. I returned boots size too big in a store on new years day and still waiting for a refund (two weeks later). On the same day ordered another pair in store which arrived faulty(same defect on boots I tried in store). I got in touch with customer service 6 days ago straight after receiving my order and still my issue haven't been resolved. I'm waiting for a second reply. Over £200 spent and no boots to wear therefore very disappointed.

Customer service is patchy. Takes ages for them to respond. Description of items, particularly colour is very poor. Standard of items ranges from fantastic to shocking. One pair of boots came in a plain box and looked as if it had been worn and damaged possibly by warehouse staff. Very off-putting.

The boots were lovely, they didn't quite fit right so I returned them on the 17th December. I am still waiting for my refund despite them saying they received them on the 19th. Klarna are chasing for payment, and I have sent 2 emails to Moda with no reply. I had to speak to Klarna about this yesterday and Moda could learn a thing or two from them about excellent customer service. I've purchased lots of boots from Moda in the past and returned some but never had this issue, pull your socks up on your customer service or I will not be ordering from you again!

I BOUGHT THESE BOOTS AS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY DAUGHTER BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE NOT WIDE ENOUGH SO HAVE HAD TO RETURN THEM. I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED THEM BUT HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM YOU. I HAVE SEVERAL PAIRS OF YOUR SHOES AND ,OVE THEM.

Purchased a pair of ladies trainers 2nd December! Still not received them!!! So frustrating. Despite several emails to customer services I’ve still not got a date for delivery! Courier is Hermes/EVRI and they state they’ve tried numerous times (3 different people) to deliver. Last heard a few days ago stating parcel gone back to supplier and needs specialist delivery due to being abnormal size - it’s a pair of size 6 trainers! Unfortunately all communication has to go through supplier so can’t contact courier direct. Yes, I did amend delivery address as originally asked for delivery to my work address (a school) but as nothing arrived when we closed on 20th Dec requested delivery be amended to home address - still waiting!!! Lack of communication between both supplier and courier or just bad service from courier - who knows. On a positive note, I have bought online before with Moda in Pelle and had no problems!

Dreadful service. Incorrect size of footwear sent to me. After jumping through hoops at a cost to myself it took far too long to receive a refund.

I have several pairs of Moda trainers, shoes and boots which I love but my recent experience with customer services was dire. I returned a pair of boots which I purchased online as they did not fit. The return was made on November 1st but I did not receive my refund until November 29th. I find this an unacceptable time delay. I telephone customer service mid November to find out whether they had received the boots as I had not received any confirmation of this and was advised that they had in fact received them and that my refund would be paid by November 28th. In my opinion this a disgraceful practice for any retailer and I shall not be buying again from Moda.

My experience of shopping with Moda in Pelle was a huge disappointment. Having returned some boots that were much smaller than expected, I was firstly very disappointed that the cost of returning lies with the customer. If the shoes were a suitable fit I would not have had to return them. Many other online retailers are offering free returns for customers, which in my opinion is best practice for customer satisfaction. Having to wait 15 days to receive a refund is diabolical. I returned the boots using Royal Mail 1st class shipping, they arrived back at the warehouse the next day. Yet after several emails it took approx 15 days to receive notification of a refund (still waiting for this to arrive into bank account) I am very disappointed and give the experience 1 out of 5. I hope this feedback is received and acknowledged by management. C. Yearwood

Very nice boots but had to return as they were too big. Absolute nightmare if a company to contact via phone, email or webchat. Refunds take far longer to get than advised. Avoid this company like the plague.

Got my shoes but there was an old sock in one of them, and the shoes looked little bit worn. Expensive shoes with 0 quality. Return immediately

I ordered a couple of things from Moda In Pele recently snd found their customer service somewhat lacking. I received a pair of boots which i hadn’t ordered and it was incredibly painful trying to return them. No free postage code was offered until i asked, then it didn’t work and then rather than arrange a courier to come and collect them i had to go drop them off. No thanks for being honest and returning or apology for receiving an additional item! I also returned boots which were lost by the supplier and was stuck in a cycle of the supplier and moda in pelle referring me to the other one. Very frustrating and has put me off using them online in the future.

Ordered a pair of size 5 boots. Arrived in a size 5 box boots size 6! Clearly no quality control measures here. Returned item 18/10. Moda state I have to wait 10 working days for them to receive the item back which is ridiculous! The tracking isn’t updating & I still haven’t had confirmation of refund. In this day & age parcels don’t take 10 days to arrive & refunds are processed quickly. Won’t use Moda again & don’t recommend this company!

So disappointed! Ilove MIP, and have so many shoes, boots and trainers. But I was so disappointed with my last purchase that I had to return it. The shoes looked so beautiful in the photos but were so painful on trying on, that I could only take a few steps before pulling them off. The edges of the shoes were so hard that they cut in. I'm a 5.5 so take a size 6, so the shoes were the correct size at size 6.

Order took over 3 weeks to be delivered after being placed. Impossible to contact customer services, no response on any social channels or email. Calls to customer service were put on hold and then terminated due to high call volumes. Terrible experience

This is the second time I ordered these sandals as the first had bits of blue ink on the white flat heels. Happened again this time. Why aren't Moda products quality checked before leaving warehouse.So disappointing.

This is really difficult. I absolutely LOVE the shoes, plus they have size 3's that fit me (quite rare) BUT, their customer service is shockingly bad. Really not bothered that a missing delivery had messed up your holiday. Saying that they'll put a delivery in for you with 'next day delivery' when your order is still marked as 'standard' No apology discount voucher to placate. PLUS they use Evri/Hermes for deliveries which is THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE WORLD! I would pay extra for Royal Mail if they gave you a choice. AND, you have to pay for returns. What's that all about? For a 'premium' product, that Moda In Pelle price themselves in, that's truly bad. Advice for people wanting to order online, give yourself plenty of time for the product to arrive and be prepared to pay for any item that needs returning.
