Absolutely awful company, sent me the wrong ofer about four weeks ago and still haven’t resolved it. About two weeks to get someone to respond to your email, then the code they give to discount the return postage has already been used, emailed back on 14th August, and guess what no response! I can only presume you are so busy dealing with so many complaints that’s why you can’t respond to me? I have reached out on Instagram too and get ignored.

My shoes arrived pre worn, the left shoe was very damaged, response to initial emails was too long winded, return code for free courier was not possible to use, £5 credit given to my online account, I don't think I will be ordering again! As of today, almost a month after the initial order, I have still not received my goods. I last emailed them chasing the order, 6 days ago, I am still awaiting a response. This review coincides with yet another email requesting information. Customer service is appalling, I only wish I could comment on the shoes. If I had received a new pair at any point, I would have done. The review system is also poor, I'll be amazed if it actually gets posted.

Yet again had to return ill fitting damaged shoes so disappointed. I have bought from shops and all fine love them, but online what happens? Then had to wait 3 weeks for the money to be refunded. Moda you can do better than this..

AWFUL! The shoes I received were creased and filthy and the box looked 20 years old. I’ve been waiting over two weeks for them to be collected. They can’t seem to manage this! Dirty great footprint in one sandal! 🤮 Shocking service and shocking products!

Bought some pewter trainers in the sale and the box was damaged. When I looked inside the shoes were not a pair. Once was obviously from a different season so the logo was different on the tongue and the leather was different on each shoe. Very dissapointing because I really wanted the shoes but they are now out of stock and were a really good price. I've asked for a pre paid label because I'm not happy to pay for returns for any transactions but particularly when the product is faulty. I haven't received the label yet.

The reason I'm rating Mosa In Pelle very poor as I ordered a size 7 trainer which was too big so I placed a follow up order for a size 6. These fitted fine so I kept these and returned the original pair for a refund, this refund took 16 working days to process from the day they received the return which I think in this modern world of technology it's unexceptable. I've placed orders with other companies and got refunds within days literally so if others can do this why not Moda, it felt like they were deliberately holding on to my money for as long as they possible could....

I would love to write a review but unfortantly they never got delivered! They could not be left in a safe place! I'm sure the shoes are lovely but i'll never know!!!!

My shoes were returned over 4 weeks ago Moda confirmed they had received them! However I am still waiting for my refund to arrive into my account.

I purchased a pair of sandals in store in Belfast. When I got home I decided they were too small. I took them back to change to a size 5 but the shopp assistant said they had been worn & would not change them. I had not wor tgesexssndsls. They were -£100 - I bought them.on a 20% off deal so paid £80. I was so upset off being accused of wearing same & embarrassed as there were other customers in the shop.

Terrible return policy. Incredible that we need to pay for the shipping costs. Given that you only have 2 shops in London which are not central at all, we should be able to return products at John Lewis or be provided with a free label. Costumer service via online chat is terrible as well.

These shoes were slightly too small and also incredibly uncomfortable due to a sharp leather edge at the back of the heel. Even wearing them for two minutes to try on hurt my feet. For the price of these I was very disappointed and returned them.

Returned a pair of faulty shoes an email sent within one hour of delivery.Not able to send pictures. A few emails sent to recover postage but sadly your staff do not seem to know the rules and let your company down badly.I did tell the person dealing with this-Chloe?-but clearly she is not up to the job and needs some staff training.

I have purchased a few pairs recently so thought I would treat my daughter.. She has worn them for a hour and the sandals have snapped. I will be returning g these to the store this week.

Waited for almost a month for the delivery - Shoes have BROWN STAINS (like foundation make-up) on the back of both shoes: Paid for the shoes + the Customs in good faith only to receive 2nd class damaged goods Not a happy Customer. I also emailed Moda In Pelle on Friday last but got No Reply
