Took a long time - over 3 weeks- to receive my click and collect item. I had to email x2 to chase it up.
Very disappointed with the service from Millbry Hill, now waited nearly 4 weeks for dog biscuits I order, and paid express delivery, I have been credited I’m told but that’s not the point, every time I call they say, it’s the delivery company, is at fault, why are they using them. Up until now I’ve always been satisfied also received goods in one parcel, Millbry say they have changed and sent goods separate, why changed something when it’s working. I will have to consider if I use them in the future, and will tell people about there service, this is not acceptable.
We were very disappointed with the initial service when we ordered for a second time (the first being fine) I payed £2 extra for delivery on a particular day. Half the order arrived, a day late ,with no explanation of the missing half. I had to phone up to discovered the second item was temporarily out of stock. A brief email would have been courteous, and would have saved me a phone call
Order placed 31/8 eventually received the order on the 14/9 have been trying to get the bigger size which was in stock...now it’s ours of stock so I’ll be wanting a full refund. Looked good on paper, didn’t live up to it though...
Usually a lovely experience to buy from Millbry Hill but on this occasion part of my order is missing and customer services have not so far responded to my enquiry. Disappointing.
The Gorilla Rubber Bucket is wonderful (a gift for my Mum) but the delivery was disappointing. I had to contact to ask where it was after not receiving a dispatch notification for nearly 2 weeks. They did send via express delivery then but Royal mMil then sent the parcel to the wrong delivery office-I know not Millbry Hill fault but just added to the stress!
Sadly I ordered a pair of Brogini boots I ordered regular but received Wide. Apparently I should have checked their product sizing as this particular boot the regular is wide and the wide is xtra wide. Somewhat confusing as invoice and box said regular. I emailed but was told I should have checked. I have since checked and I must say it isn't clear to me. Never mind. They are lovely boots just rather wide. Room for my mobile phone ( trying to look on the bright side lol )
I ordered 8 cat mouse toys for a children’s project so needed 8. After days of hearing nothing about my order I get an email to say only 3 of the 8 were in stock. I then had a 2nd email to say the 3 were being dispatched. I emailed the company back explaining to not send the 3 as I actually needed 8 and with they’re charge of £4.99 postage it makes the product far too expensive when I will have to go else where to purchase the others. Anyway I had no response back from my email , ended up paying over the odds for 3 items which are no good as I didn’t even receive half of what I actually needed. Wouldn’t order from again unfortunately, just over all disappointing
Tried to alter my order just a few hours after placing it as I wanted to add an additional item as per the message in the confirmation email. Was told very quickly that it wasn’t possible as the items had been dispatched already. It then took another 7 days for the order to arrive. Clearly someone just couldn’t be bothered.
My item was ordered on the 27th feb with an estimated delivery for the 9th march . I have not yet received my order and only received correspondence from FedEx yesterday to say my item would be delivered before the 12 th . What was disappointing was i had received no confirmation from yourselves ,until i emailed you.with a reply to say my item had now been dispatched for delivery on the 9th march! ! Which makes me wonder if i I hadn't of emailed would my item still be sitting there ☹ Im afraid im dissapointed in the service sadly , this is the first time i have made an order with you .

Have used this store a few times and has been great however now they are not delivering to Jersey. such a shame as we have very limited choice here and online often is our only option!
The items arrived quite quickly and are of good quality although they all smell very musty, as if stored in a damp place. The most expensive item included, was a dog harness and the incorrect one was included. I informed Millbry Hill on the 1st March, got a reply the same day and was asked to send a pht of the item, which I supplied. I am still awaiting a free return label. Very disappointing.
You ask about my recent order, I haven't received it yet! I like milberry hill, thenpostage can be a little steep on heavy orders but your pet items are reasonably priced. But fedex as couriers are abysmal, I have often had poorly handled and damaged packages. This time they really got the big guns out. I waited all day only to get a notification at 5.16 pm that I had refused the package due to damage! I hadn't even seen it or fedex for that matter! I reported it to yourselves, charlotte informed me it would be delivered yesterday, yet it was once again no where to be found, another day in for nothing. Because of fedex I will no longer be using your company, I have pets to feed and no food, so if had to buy else where, pets to walk as well as better things to do with my time than wait in all day. I still do not know if this item will ever arrive!
When orders are dispatched from a store it would be advisable to check that the item is not faulty or damaged before sending to the recipient. This would safe a lot of time & disappointment. The inconvenience of having to then return the goods could well be avoided.It would be appreciated if items taken straight from the shop floor were to be packaged aside from the bag they arrive in so as to protect & present the goods that very often are a considerable purchase.Further more how can it be that an order is accepted in the believe you will receive the goods followed by an email some days later that transpires the item is out of stock adding to more disappointment. As a new customer my first shopping experience was not what I had hoped for.

Purchasing not a problem but the website does not show colours well. What I ordered was sort of duck egg and what came was sherwood forest, so sent it back
I ordered two competition shirts, short sleeves. After 2 weeks I received one long sleeve shirt and sleeveless shirt! When I telephoned I was told they don’t have any short sleeved in stock. Ridiculous, instead of sending what I didn’t order why not email to say they didn’t have the short sleeves and refund me. Instead I had the inconvenience of sending it back. I would not order from you again.
