But fedex as couriers are abysmal, I have often had poorly handled and damaged packages. This time they really got the big guns out. I waited all day only to get a notification at 5.16 pm that I had refused the package due to damage! I hadn't even seen it or fedex for that matter! I reported it to yourselves, charlotte informed me it would be delivered yesterday, yet it was once again no where to be found, another day in for nothing. Because of fedex I will no longer be using your company, I have pets to feed and no food, so if had to buy else where, pets to walk as well as better things to do with my time than wait in all day. I still do not know if this item will ever arrive!
