“My commet is not about this purchase but two hay bars I purchased. Your team kindly rang me up and swapped my choice of colour and processed the refund after many weeks. (I actually forgot I purchased these). I was very impressed and grateful for the lady's help and understandersing, and efficiency of how she swapped my items without any problem. She swapped the pink for the black and I picked them up the next day and a lovely man carried them out to my car. Whats not to like? I will be back for more items regularly. Many thanks and great staff, always.”
