“I was sadly disappointed when the fat balls I ordered arrived. They were loose in a FedEx box, thus several were damaged, I scattered the remnants on the lawn. I sure they would have faired better if they were left in original tubs or plastic bags. I ordered three tubs of fifty each tub, counted the contents of the FedEx box and was four fat balls short. Not a great hardship but they could have fed more birds. All this begs the question, are they actually Johnston & Jeff fat balls, hope they are as our feathered friends won't eat any other.”

“Came to Millbry Hill during first lockdown having been let down by Pets at Home and Amazon both of whom could not fulfil my order for 15k dried dog food. Millbry Hill delivered quickly and at a better price. Since then I have returned several times and they always deliver when they say they will and at a competitive price. I just want to know that I can feed my dogs during this strange year, and now I am confident that I will be able to.”
