I would have given Millbry Hill five stars as the delivery and items were good (although a little more expensive as elsewhere), but the thing that made it really difficult for me in this time of Covid was the return. I don't have a printer, so I had to go to the post office and queue with all the people (several of whom weren't wearing masks and others not keeping social distance) to send a couple of items back. That was really stressful! If only you had included a label, I could have just popped it in a mailbox. However, you did have the Joules jumper with the adorable Scottie that was sold out everywhere, which I like a lot and kept.
