“Not completely. I received the wrong goods - order 368508 (WEB368508) was incorrect. instead of 2 x layers pellets and 1 x mixed corn, I received 1 x layers and 2 mixed corn. I mailed sales and I was told I would receive the missing layers - but have had no notification yet.”

“i have used your company before and the service was fantastic, this time i was very disappointed, i ordered 2 bags of feed and express delivery which was £12, the total order was supposed to be approx £36. When i checked the delivery i realised 4 bags of feed were on their way and i was being charged £36 for delivery !!! the total order was £88, this is ridiculous for one horse. I have no idea what happened to your computor system but I know what i ordered and it was no where near what turned up”
