“Placed an order to be collected at store. Did not receive an email to say it was ready for collection. Contacted store after 2 weeks who confirmed it was there. When my husband went to collect it he said the staff were rude and insisted I would have been sent email. I DID NOT.”

“I’ve used Millbry Hill twice now for large bedding bales. The prices are fairly good & delivery isn’t extortionate. My first order arrived within a couple days. Although unfortunately my second order took 11 days. It’s not the end of the world, hence why I haven’t given them a very poor rating, it’s just inconvenient and makes you think twice about ordering again.”
