“I recently purchased a Joules black padded coat with fur trimmed hood and the quality of service received was faultless. I will certainly shop with Millbry Hill again in the future but hopefully when the current lockdown restrictions are lifted and I can look at the goods in store. I love my purchase and the price was perfect too. Thank you.”

“No one seems to know how it happened but Millbry Hill sent me 30 kg of horse feed. I live in central London and we haven't had horses here for over 100 years. That said when they realised collecting the horse feed was more expensive than leaving it with me it left me with another problem. How to consume 30 kg of horse feed. Fortunately through social media the feed has gone to a good home. Thank you for providing some novelty to me in Covid Lockdown 3.”

They went out of their way to track down a particular coat for me which was a Xmas present for my daughter, they found it and sent it on to me so swiftly, which saved my day, updating me at every stage.. Their customer service was brilliant, and also helpful and kind. I can't recommend Millbry Hill highly enough - they really care about their customers which is a rarity in this day and age! Their products are of such high calibre too.”
