“Love the website and content and was kept up to date with delivery date by emails but all is let down by delivery costs. I brought an item that was too large cost £4.99 for p&p to return item will cost another £4.99 to reorder will cost another £4.99 nearly £15 all in so ‘discounts’ are a mockery. I’m not risking ordering another size in case that is also unsuitable and needs returning! The order email clearly states free collection so I’m very confused???”

“I made an order of dog food, which was reasonably priced and arrived promtly. My rating is low because the sachets had been removed from their boxes and thrown, haphazardly, into one postal box. This was not a good way to send 80 sachets of dog food. :-(”

“I've bought many products from Millbry over the years and always had good service and pricing. I've only given 4 out of 5 starts as the only gripe I have, is the speed of delivery. Every time I order, its always a good 10 days or so before I get my goods. When I order goods online it's because I need it quickly, not two weeks later :( As our weather has changed recently and gotten cooler and a bit wet, I ordered a lightweight turnout for my companion pony but he's ended up with a few good soakings as the rug was so slow to turn up. I'll admit that I will look to other websites first when needing goods, as a result of slow delivery.”

I have looked into your order and i can cofnirm that the estimated delivery date that we provided at the check out was the 11.09.2020. Please note that the delivery dates arent usually this far apart from the date of order but at the moment Fed-Ex is delayed due to the pandemic.
