“Millbry Hill good. Packaging excellent. The courier (Fed-Ex) Terrible. Delivery took 10 days. Various incorrect messages including 'wrong address', 'customer not in', 'left a ticket' etc. Address hasn't changed, no 'ticket' was ever left, we waited in for two whole days making sure someone was here for the delivery. Had to source goods locally due to terrible delivery time.”

“Great items at a great sale price but items arrived creased and badly packaged. A in a lose bag. The shirts were extremely creased and will have to iron them before I give it to my friends as presents. In future I would suggest packing items in a box with bubble wrap etc rather than just throwing everything into a plastic bag with no protection.”
