“Lovely Kingsland pom-pom hat arrived very quickly. The fleece lining makes it extra warm. Just one comment about your web site. The "before you go" pop-up appears when still browsing, taking up half the screen, and there doesn't appear to be a "X" to close it.”

“Excellent price and quick dispatch. Delivery was expensive as item is shipped by weight and my items were heavy! But the price was so good it still saved me a decent amount over buying elsewhere.”

“Hi I was a little upset that some of my order was missing when looking on my email it looks like you have refunded me . I’m not sure what item was refunded ? Also when the delivery came the riding boots box was ripped up there was no lid on the box so I am unable to wrap in box for my daughter for Xmas . Order number 370168”
