“Fantastic customer service. I ordered an item by phone and it was dealt with efficiently and professionally. I then received an email advising me that my item was out of stock but new stock would be arriving imminently. What I valued was being told this and given the opportunity to be refunded or stick with my order. I chose the latter. The delivery side of things was similarly professional. The driver was incredibly helpful and as the item as large (a haybar) he offered to carry it into my house and even help me get it into my car as he saw that was where I wanted it. Exceptional service all round and excellent value for money - though the item was expensive, it was no more so than other suppliers and the modest delivery charge really made a difference.”
