“Great stuff - loved the Shuttle Socks”

“I ordered a ladies faux fur muff. It came quite quick and I love it. Just one small hiccup - the security tag - a hard plastic thingy had been left inside the muff. But after a call to customer services and sending a photo of the tag in situ - I was sent a prepaid label to return it to Millbry so that they could remove the tag. The muff arrived back this morning and I am delighted with it, and with the way Millbry dealt with it. Many thanks”

“Initial item was poorly packaged, hence damaged. I spoke to customer services team, a replacement was located, I returned my item and the replacement was sent to me. From placing my initial order, to receiving my replacement, all happened within a week. Excellent service. I would definitely consider Millbry Hill for future purchases”
