“It took 14 days to get my order, it had an item missing but still charged and the shampoo was not wrapped and leKed over my rugs!! All in all a shocking service and experience. I Bought a new pony and wanted some nice things for her so it was supposed to be an exciting purchase! How wrong it was. Shan't be using you again....”

“This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Millbryhill. Have not been very impressed. 1st order took over 2 weeks to arrive. Excuse moving warehouse! 2nd order place on a Sunday didn't get email till 20.58 on the Friday saying they were trying source the goods I wanted. Think they would have known before that time they didn't have the goods in stock.”

“Only half the order arrived, call and was promised it would be with me early next week. It came minus a rug, called again told it would come. Midweek, the same half order arrived again still minus rug. Called again promised it will come Thursday and I have to wait in on Tuesday for them to pick up the duplicate items. Not great!”
